the doctor was very rude i dont even know his name as he didn’t introduce himself, he didn’t care anything what ive just said and told me he couldn’t do anything after waiting for quite sometime from this walk in clinic. the worst doctor ever had a very thick accent.

This clinic is very bad doctor, they choose patients and very bad manner. Worst walkin clinic. There were only 2 people ahead of me and I've been waiting 1.5hrs (in counting) and the nurse has been called 4 patients all the is after me , we are all the is walk in patients.doctor give me blood test again I did before he did not do nothing And I need doctor notice for my work that doctor Rodeny Payne did not give me and Didn't give me serious medical treatment, just perfunctory let me go see my family doctor if I can see my family doctor why I come this clinic? I will never back to there.don’t go there see that doctor and this clinic

It was nice being treated like a mental patient for a heart condition ☺️ I absolutely loved the experience of describing what is going on and having the doctor ask me if I have a support system and why they weren’t there. Then, I was told. “Given your reactions, I’d suggest a psychological doctor” thank you for taking the time to listen to the information I was providing you. And if you don’t know what sarcasm is. Google is a great tool.P.s. I told you I needed blood work because my doctor in the NE which I cannot get to at a moments notice. Recommend blood work to understand any issues that might be causing my chest pain. So yeah. Thank you for treating me like a mental patient.

I don’t know why this office is rated so low. We have been here at least 10 times with our daughter and have always been treated so kindly. Several doctors have assisted us - all amazing. I would recommend giving it a chance if you’re on the fence.

I have so much respect for doctors and their expertise, but my interaction here was so poor. I waited for about 45min (no problem) for a walk-in. I saw the doctor, whose name I don’t know because he didn’t introduce himself, for less than a minute total. I told him I was concerned that I had strep throat. I had already looked in my own throat and saw the white spots coating my tonsils that are a major sign of strep infection. He looked in my throat for ~1 second and handed me a tiny piece of paper with printed out suggestions of things to help my sore throat (tea, water, vitamins etc). He didn’t ask about my other symptoms (40C fever before I took ibuprofen, headaches with nausea that led to vomiting, chills and body aches) that all pointed towards strep or my lack of symptoms suggesting something viral (no runny nose, cough, hoarse voice). It was clear that he had no intention of evaluating whether or not I had strep. It was easier for him to conclude it was viral despite the clear evidence of a strep infection. The receptionist mentioned that he had to stop taking patients soon because he had to go to another clinic. Guess what, I did have strep and the infection got much worse over night and my treatment was delayed because of his careless misdiagnosis. Do better. You have an important job and the care I received was well below the acceptable standard.

A place that doesn’t value your time in the slightest. I’ve been coming to this clinic to for over 10 years now and I continuously get let down. First off, the front end staff are extremely rude, on the phone as well. Every time I have an appointment booked, I wait a minimum of 30 minutes before being called back by the nurse, and then minimum another 10 before the doctor comes in. I had to walk out of the clinic today before even being seen by the doctor because I had been waiting over 30 minutes. Someone who came in for walk-in got in 20 minutes earlier than me. Absolutely ridiculous.

I don’t even want to consider the man that helped me a doctor, he did not care to help me at all, I was told he cannot do anything for me before he even checked me for anything! I questioned him and told him to do his job before pre determining he can’t help. He was the worst. After having to argue to get looked at he finally gave me a prescription. Zero starts if possible.

Very unimpressed with this clinic lately. I had an appointment booked and still waited over an hour, just to be taken back to a room where I waited another 15 min. Your time means nothing to them. This has happened on several occasions. They Only allocate 15 minutes for most appointments, but the doctor spends over 25 minutes with most patients, leaving a backlog of appointments. Either book more time for each patient, or respect people's time.

The worsed clinic I’ve ever been. More than an hour before they will be closed but they could not take an another patient because “this doctor is very slow” as told me the receptionist. Don’t waste your time. Find another place.

The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful & accommodating to my needs.There wasn’t a long wait, lots of parking. The doctor was helpful & efficient & I’m grateful they we’re open on a Saturday afternoon.
